Océano Rentals and Sales is a full service property management and rental company for Rocky Point, Mexico. Océano has an extensive inventory of vacation beach homes and condos in a variety of locations within Rocky Point. Properties range in size from cozy two-person casitas to luxurious beachfront homes that sleep up to twenty people. All of our accommodations have water and electricity and, in some cases, satellite TV and computer facilities. All sheets and towels are provided to make your stay more enjoyable. Océano specializes in Rentals and Real Estate Sales in Las Conchas with additional properties in Mirador, Las Palmas, Old Port and Costa Diamante areas. Exclusive to Océano are our Bed and Breakfast accommodations. We have rooms in two locations in Las Conchas, Hacienda del Mar and Palapitas. Our Property Management services include renting, cleaning, bill paying, FM3, as well as, maintenance, remodeling, and construction services for Homeowners in Rocky Point. In addition to our rental and property services, we also have several properties for sale.
